IPv6 for your network
One yearly fee covers your membership, the platform, a /48 IPv6 PA assignment and its RIPE Database registration. Extra /48s and /44s are paid for once, and holding more never changes the fee: there is no annual charge per block. PI space and ASNs do not need a membership: they are sponsored, and you can get verified and apply without joining.

The space is a one-off cost. The registry work is what continues.
Most sponsors rent address space by the block, by the year. We don't. What continues is registry work: your inet6num, route objects, ROAs and reverse DNS kept correct in the RIPE Database, and someone to answer when a change needs a person. That work hardly grows when you add a /48, so the fee doesn't either.
If you'll only ever need one /48, a per-block lease can cost less than we do. Membership earns its fee when you run more than one network.
What happens when you stop. Your blocks stay assigned to you while your membership runs. If it lapses, they come back to isp6. A block you've announced is retired, never handed to anyone else.
A /48 of IPv6 PA space, included with membership.
Sign up, verify your mobile number and photo ID, and your /48 is assigned to you. Announce it from any network, and add more blocks whenever the network needs them.
